ADP Retirement Services is hiring a Sr Client Svc & Prod Supt Spec. In this position, your primary role will be reviewing and processing 401(K) participant distribution. This would include processing distributions such as Termination, In-service, QDRO, Death, Hardship, etc. Other responsibilities can also include making plan level changes to participant data, processing product to product transfers, communicating internally to other ADP Retirement Service associates, monitoring group inboxes, and reviewing team member’s transactions for accuracy.
Associates who are successful in this role are those that are able to work independently, they are proficient in Microsoft office (specifically excel), they are comfortable learning new systems and technology, have a drive for learning new things, and take complete ownership of their assigned tasks.

1 - 3 Years of Related Experience Data Entry Experience Experience in Microsoft office Excel Outlook WordA college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

Working experience with 401(K) retirement plans
ASPPA QKA certification
Knowledge of ADP recordkeeping systems
Experience in a client service environment
