ADP is hiring a 401(k) Team Lead to sit in either Louisville, KY or El paso, TX.

In this role, you will provide high level 401(k) product support and guidance to the ADP 401(k) Clients, Regional Sales, New Business, HR - Payroll. Research - resolve complex issues relating to the ADP 401(k) Prototype Plan - including but not limited to; Client Plan Design, compliance testing, and Client Plan administration, ensuring compliance with government regulations - laws. Develop - maintain effective communications to ensure satisfaction - client retention. Manages workflow and assignments. Provides assistance and coaching to the 401(k) Client Service Managers as needed to ensure continuity of Plan Administration, and inter-departmental communication. Performs on-the-job training as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Demonstrated continuing education in the 401(k) field. 4+ Years experience with qualified Plans. At least 2 years' proficiency with client service regarding qualified Plans.A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
In-depth working knowledge in retirement service industry. Prefer experience with a TPA or record keeper. General financial services background. General ERISA knowledge. Knowledge of qualified testing, filing and tax reporting required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ADP Payroll experience and CEH. Ability to mentor and coach others. PC literacy required. Ability to prioritize and set schedule, strong organization and time management skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate professional conduct when interacting with clients. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to work under pressure with multiple tasks and meeting stated deadlines.
