**CNC Machinist II**
**Job Title**
5 Axis CNC Machinist
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC machines, specifically 5-axis mills.
+ Perform one set up per day with run times ranging from 6 to 10 hours.
+ Ensure fixtures are properly zeroed and squared.
+ Maintain high precision with tolerances holding between 10 to 30 thousandths.
+ Utilize Fanuc controllers and NX programs.
+ Read through programs and flag down the programming department as necessary.
+ Punch in G codes and M codes.
+ Ensure the work area is neat, clean, and organized in accordance with 5S standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with 5-axis CNC mills.
+ Proficiency in CNC setup and operation.
+ Knowledge of Fanuc controllers.
+ Ability to read and interpret G&M codes and NX programs.
+ Strong understanding of machining tolerances, specifically holding between 10 to 30 thousandths.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with titanium machining.
+ Understanding of 5S methodology.
+ Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality output.
+ Experience in a structured, SOP-driven environment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
