Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a 508 Compliance Tester to join their team! This role will be responsible for auditing a suite of 36 modules for accessibility compliance. While auditing a module, you will document concerns as stories in JIRA and also attend design sessions as the accessibility advocate. Additionally, this role will:
Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scriptsApply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectivesEnsure all testing results are easily accessible and understandableTrack defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-dateRequirements
2+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree, or 3+ years of related experience with an Associates Degree is requiredExperience with JAWS, ANDI, and WAVE is requiredExperience with the WCAG success criterion is requiredExperience with accessibility auditing and documenting remediation plans is requiredPreferred Requirements
A Certified DHS Trusted Tester certification is preferredExperience with JIRA/ConfluenceWorking knowledge of the SAFe methodologyAny experience with PegaEducation/Certification Requirements
