Job summary:
The Platform Management and Strategy Associate on the 55ip Investor Support team will help design, operationalize, and manage 55ip’s operating platform across all product offerings. The candidate will work in collaboration with 55ip’s distribution, product and technology teams to plan and manage priorities that deepen 55ip’s impact and support its business growth. You will be working with tech-enabled operating platforms, collaborating with distribution, product, technology and business administration teams. You will be motivated, strategic, a change agent, a problem solver, and an effective leader.
Job responsibilities
Design processes and operating models, and assist in documentation of policies, and procedures Monitor platform performance metrics and implement strategies to improve client experience, platform efficiency and operational effectiveness Develop key metrics and track progress to ensure alignment with corporate goals Develop tracking tools to manage risks, cross-dependencies, open items, matters requiring escalation, deadlines, and reporting on various metrics Manage the planning process, including setting corporate priorities and developing strategies with key stakeholders Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans, including communication, training, and support activities Partner with Control, Risk and Compliance teams to enhance control environment, drive error remediation efforts as needed, and deliver on issue action plansRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities:
