6 months Internship - Supply Chain and Front Office (F/M/X)

About the role: 

Our EMEA Supply chain team is composed of 3 people who manage the integrality of the flows from our Brazilian plants to the final customers based in the EMEA region.  As an intern in the supply chain team you will support the back office part (customer service) and also the supply chain and logistics part.  You will be accountable for: Back office part: Enter the customer orders, follow the flow until the delivery and proceed with the invoicing; Manage the transport to the customer location; Communicate the market needs in terms of forecasts to the Account manager and supply chain team; Support the customer requirements in terms of: product needs, complaints, special requirements Supply chain part: Support the team on the follow-up of the imports and the receipt in our EMEA warehouses; Support the team to consolidate the information received from the Sales team in different files; Extra-costs follow-up in support of the Supply chain manager Projects / Support: We will need support on Global projects such as: new APS tool, new ERP tool; Master Data update; Support for the deployment of current tools such as e-commerce tools.   We offer an internship (6 months) based at our office in Lyon.

 

About you:

Master degree or equivalent in Supply chain or International business First experience in an international company is a plus Competencies: French and English are mandatory. Another language is a plus. Pack Office + Google suite knowledge is really appreciated. SAP knowledge is a plus. Behaviours: Curious  Dynamic  Source of proposal  Strong ability to adapt.  Excellent relational skills

About the pay and benefits:

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the France base pay reasonably expected for this role is 1000€ to 1200€, your monthly salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
