The Lead Barista will oversee responsibility for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service and a high quality product. The Lead Barista is a true professional that displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business. **Responsibilities** + Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time + Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers + Maintains quality store operations + Contributes to store profitability + Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista positions + Leads the outlet in absence of Manager On Duty + Assist and leads and trains associates and continually works on store promotions + Assist with regularly scheduled procedures such as daily/weekly/monthly inventory and pars **Qualifications** **Education/Formal Training** High school education or equivalent experience. **Experience** Previous experience in supervisory of customer service role strongly preferred. **Knowledge/Skills** + Must have excellent customer service skills. + Must have minimal hearing to hear timers; coordinate with other baristas. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
