Performs minor repairs and maintenance duties. Understands specifications and work orders. Responsibilities: • Performs setups on machines, equipment, or production lines. • Handles minor repairs and maintenance of equipment with a minimum of supervision. • Understands specifications and work orders to assure that proper setup is achieved. • Approves inspection reports as required. • Basic fabrication as required. • Responsible for monitoring department equipment for safety. Informs supervision of unsafe conditions. • Completes paperwork as required, including time, inspection, downtime, scrap, productivity, and production reports. Qualifications · Must be in good standing with the company. · Preferred: High school education with 6 months of manufacturing experience.
