Minimum Education RequiredCurrent RN license in the state of AlabamaCertification in specialty area OR completion of certification as soon as candidate meets all eligibility requirements as stipulated by the certifying boardMinimum Education PreferredBachelor of science in nursing degreeMinimum Experience RequiredTwo (2) years clinical experience relative to the assigned unitDemonstrated clinical competence at the mastery level applicable to the assigned unitMinimum of one (1) year charge nurse experienceRequired Skills/Abilities
