HR Admin & Recruitment Specialist/ Lead Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Administration: + Maintain and update employee records, including but not limited to contracts and performance reviews. + Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. + Assist in the preparation of HR reports, documents, and policies. + Coordinate employee benefits, leave management, and other administrative functions. 2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: + Administrate and maintain applicant tracking system + Increase candidate pool by relevant employer branding activities (e.g., LinkedIn, university collaborations) + Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on appropriate platforms. + Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements. + Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with relevant managers/partners for further assessments. + Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination. 3. Employee Engagement and Support: + Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. + Support HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. 4. Process Improvement: + Identify and implement process enhancements to improve HR efficiency. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment. Skills and Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment.
