Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee._ **What you'll bring to the team...** **:** + Post financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers + Reconcile and balance accounts + Generate and analyze financial statements + Prepare and process payroll + Generate 1099s and W2s and calculate and prepare tax statements + Communicate with clients, client suppliers, vendors and banking contacts + Assist in client retention and client growth opportunities **Your Expertise:** + High school diploma or equivalent + National bookkeeping and payroll certifications from the National Bookkeeping Association, or the ability to successfully obtain certifications + 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience + Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles & procedures + Ability to correctly interpret and apply complete instructions, policies and regulations + Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion + Analytical skills and an eye for details + Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently **Posting Title:** Bookkeeper - Franchise Location
