As the A/B Testing and Personalization Strategist for ibm.com, you'll leverage your expertise in web optimization and Adobe Target to orchestrate impactful testing initiatives and personalization campaigns to drive business growth.
You will collaborate with various counterparts to advise, guide, and deliver high impact projects.
The ideal candidate will be a proven web strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for data-driven marketing.Develop, implement, analyze, and optimize A/B tests and personalization programs using Adobe TargetCollaborate with internal teams to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable testing hypotheses and impactful personalization strategiesLeverage data and user research to define and refine audience segmentation Drive learnings, insights, and recommendations for further improvements or iterations based on testing/personalization results.Present complex information, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.Champion the testing and personalization programs by keeping stakeholders informed about all aspects of Adobe Target and its initiativesContribute to the creation and sharing of best practices within the organizationInitiate, orchestrate, and monitor large-scale web optimization initiativesEnsure consistent, clean, and error-free activity setup within Adobe TargetFluent EnglishThis is a Hybrid role; attendance at the office is currently required only 3 times per week.
