A/C & Refrigeration Technecian

Your day to day:
+ Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of AC and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
+ Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and repair or replace defective components.
+ Refrigerant Handling: Safely handle, charge, and recover refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations.
+ Electrical & Mechanical Work: Work with electrical wiring, controls, and mechanical components to ensure proper system operation.
+ Testing & Calibration: Test systems for proper functioning, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
+ Customer Support: Provide guidance to customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices.
+ Record Keeping: Maintain logs of services performed, parts used, and issues encountered.
+ Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
What we need from you:
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AC & Refrigeration Technician in Hotels & Resorts or an equivalent setting.
+ Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
+ Familiarity with chillers, split units, package units, and cold storage equipment.
+ Ability to inspect, diagnose, and resolve AC and refrigeration issues efficiently.
+ Understanding of hotel and industry safety regulations, refrigerant handling, and energy conservation best practices.
+ Capability to document maintenance activities, ensure compliance, and recommend system improvements.
+ Ability to collaborate with other departments and provide technical support to colleagues.
+ Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
