A&D Specification Manager
An award-winning luxury Italian brand is looking to onboard an A&D Specification Manager to their NYC team. This role is based in New York out of their flagship showroom in Soho working within the high-end Architecture and Design community in the NYC area.
Key Responsibilities Working with high-end architects and interior designers Actively seek new specifiers Knowledge and understanding of technical product to offer solutions Successfully maintain CRM records for area contacts, accounts and project pipelines Develop key relationships with high-end specifiers and architects Monitor market potential and share sales leads with relevant colleagues Successfully work both individually and with colleagues in Showroom and the A&D Specifier to achieve company objectives, targets and goals Strong focus on building a stable project pipeline
Skills and Experience At least 5 years of product sales experience Proven connections and networking amongst the A&D community in NY Experience working for luxury brands Efficient in using CRM systems Strong dealer relationships Ability to read architectural construction drawings and plans Strong presentation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent planning skills Strong computer literacy skills; Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Netsuite or similar Flexibility with working hours to attend events/meetings
