A&H Multiline Support

Role Purpose

The Multiline Support Analyst role will support Chubb PR A&H and consumer lines achieve its top and bottom-line goals by providing operational support and business analytics to expand our channels of distribution, products, business partners and digital capabilities.

Key Responsabilities

Track and create periodic local and regional sales and KPIs reports from all A&H channels of distrbutions and TPA’s Create Pre LJA (Launch Justification Analysis) and Post LJA’s for sales campaigns. Sumbit and track all marketing materials for internal and external approvals.  Track all LJA’s approval funnel. Create and update all PROMAN profiles for our sales campaigns. AMEX codings sheets for local and regional monthly financial controlling  Local and regional supporting for annual plan and periodic financial forecasts.  In charge of updating our TPA´s vendor management approvals, including actual and new vendros.  Updating and creating renewal accounts reports on a monthly basis. Support for our digital campaigns implementation process, including local and regional approvals and documentations.  Microstrategy reports as LOB requests. Track and submit current and new agents licencing documentation and approval funnel. Recieve, analyze and submit monthly financial bordereaux. Telemarketing sales recordings management.   Assist with other work-related duties and projects as necessary.

Requirements 

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast moving environment. Multitasking skills to work with different local and regional departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and working knowledge of common applications softwares. Advance English and Spanish. Strong willingness to learn.

Experience

2 Years of experience working in the insurance industry on business development roles.
