In this position, you'll be an integral part of the Aircraft Maintenance and/or Aircraft Customization team, performing a variety of tasks such as installations, inspections, fabrication, and modification, all in accordance with applicable data and customer specifications\. In this position you'll have an opportunity to grow your technical abilities and advance your skills with practical, hands\-on experience\. **What you'll be doing as an A&P Mechanic \(Entry Level\)** + Assist senior mechanics with inspections and disassembly/reassembly + Install Bell, AA, and other aftermarket kits + Perform work in accordance with multiple manufacturers' drawings and instructions + Work as a team member to ensure quality and timely completions of aircraft to meet schedule + Document work performed accurately and completely + Learn and apply knowledge of tasks + Demonstrate consistent ability to perform most tasks with limited errors or rework + Practice safe and applicable use of basic hand tools + Demonstrate safe work habits and always wear proper PPE + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring To this Role** + Self\-motivation\. + Ability to work well with others in a team\-oriented environment\. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately\. + Strong organization skills\. + Ability to perform job duties, including basic measuring, drilling, and fabrication tasks\. + Ability to work from detailed documents, technical manuals, and blueprints\. + Ability to work overtime as required\. + Ability to read and understand drawings, installation instructions, and maintenance manuals\. + Familiarity with basic mathematics and measurement techniques\. **What you need to be successful** + High School Diploma or GED\. + Airframe & Powerplant Certificate\. + Generally 1 year of experience as an aircraft mechanic\.
