As an A&P Mechanic, you will:

Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on transport category aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies. Work closely with Station Managers, Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, airline personnel, and flight crews. Maintain the highest quality and safety standards in all repair and maintenance procedures. Diagnose and replace defective components using maintenance manuals, schematics, and specialized tools. Utilize precision instruments to measure parts for wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Work in outdoor environments and inclement weather as required. The Ideal Candidate Requirements & Qualification:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License with no history of infractions. Minimum of recent A&P experience on turbine-powered aircraft preferred. Own set of standard line maintenance tools (Calibrated and specialty tools provided). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to pass a background check, drug & alcohol test, and Customs & Border Patrol Clearance. Basic to mid-level computer and organizational skills. Experience with FAA Part 145 repair stations or Part 135 operations is highly desirable. Inspection Authorization (IA) License is a plus. Strong ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Superior customer service, communication skills, and work ethic with a commitment to excellence.
