Job Overview
The Quality Inspector ensures airworthiness and compliance with all regulatory and company standards in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft, engines, and components. This role plays a key part in documenting and overseeing quality procedures for the Repair Station.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to quality standards in coordination with Quality leadership.

Perform aircraft inspections, including weighing procedures, receipt inspections, and return-to-service checks.

Document aircraft records, maintenance activities, and corrective actions accurately in compliance with FAA, FAR/CAA, and other regulatory requirements.

Conduct inspections of parts, engines, and components, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

Coordinate inspection activities using digital maintenance programs (e.g., CAMPS, AVTRAC).

Provide data and support to customers and conduct walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in aircraft maintenance; at least 2 years in corporate/commercial jet maintenance.

Certification: A&P Certification required.

Tools: Basic hand tools with demonstrated inventory control.

Skills: Proficient in interpreting and using measuring tools and regulatory documents (FAA Regs, CAA, RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, TCDS).

Additional: Experience with return-to-service processes and the ability to train and mentor team members.



Pay Details: $41.20 to $43.37 per hour
