**Education and Experience**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
+ Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.
+ Aviation maintenance experience: 1 to 3 years preferred.
+ May or may not possess an A&P license.
+ Maintenance experience, including related experience outside of aviation, is acceptable.
+ Must possess and skillfully use the minimum required tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills.
