Coordinate accounts receivables
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Create, maintain and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports in Excel Coordinate collection process for past due invoicesProcess and apply credit card paymentsProcess daily deposits; apply cash receipts Respond to client inquiries regarding account informationResearch and resolve invoice discrepanciesInput data to accounting system Update payment history filesJob Skills Required:

Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred. Prior experience in Accounts Receivables required.
