**Job Posting: Accounts Receivable Specialist / B2B Collections**

**Responsibilities:**
As an **Accounts Receivable Specialist and Collections expert** , your primary duties will include:
+ Contacting customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments as part of our **collections process** .
+ Resolving billing disputes and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
+ Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements to resolve **accounts receivable collections** effectively.
+ Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and account history in compliance with company policies.
+ Adhering to strict compliance and regulatory guidelines to ensure seamless **collections** operations.
**Qualifications:**
We are looking for an **Accounts Receivable Specialist with Collections experience** who meets the following criteria:
+ 2+ years of B2B **collections experience** .
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills to excel in **collections and accounts receivable** tasks.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, vital for handling **collections** efficiently.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
