Qualifications:
- Clean Nevada Driver’s License
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Hyundai experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness
- Attend factory-sponsored training classes
- Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards
- Documents all work performed and recommended on repair order.
- Ensures that customers’ cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
