Aramark?s A2L Program is committed to fostering communities rooted in service, inclusion, and shared prosperity, empowering all individuals to make an impact. **Job Responsibilities** · Assist in the execution and delivery of diversity & inclusion programs and initiatives. · Provide support on key Employee Resource Group initiatives to drive membership and employee engagement while ensuring global DEI strategic alignment. · Responsible for the management of content on D&I intranet and internet sites · Support the enhancement of DEI education efforts, including contributing to the development and facilitation of new workshops, training, tools, and resources. · Assist with diversity analytics, including tracking metrics, analyzing, and generating diversity reporting to show trends and impact across diversity programs and initiatives. · Develop presentations to advance awareness of key initiatives and demonstrate the impact to the business. · Assist with cultivating relationships with key external diversity organizations and vendors. · Assist with the planning and execution of diversity meetings, events and conferences. · Support the completion of the annual diversity survey process. · Conduct research and stay current on Diversity best practices and new Diversity programs and initiatives. · Provide administrative and tactical support for Diversity initiatives and programs as needed. **Qualifications** A2L PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS + To be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December ? August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class + This program will start in July.
