**Position Summary** American Athletic, Inc has an immediate opening for a **Systems Technician** at its Jefferson, Iowa facility. The Systems Technician provides "in-house" computer / network support based on demonstrated knowledge of current company-used software applications. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Coordinates the resolution of network problems or malfunctions. Provides user training and support for all levels within the facility. **AAI/Spalding** is a major sports equipment manufacturing company owned by Spalding; a division of Fruit of the Loom, an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., & leading international basic apparel company. **AAI** is the official supplier and partner to USA Gymnastics and the NCAA, as well as a proud partner with the Federation Internationale De Gymnastique (FIG). **Spalding** is the largest basketball equipment supplier in the world. As the official backboard of the NBA and NCAA since 2009, this makes them one of the most well-known brands in the industry. Our Jefferson, Iowa facility has been in operation and supporting our local community since 1954. **This is an in-person on-site position.** **Specific Responsibilities** Investigate and resolve ERP software problems reported by users. Contact ERP system provider to request service and support as required. Investigate and resolve computer hardware and software problems reported by users. Assist users with trouble shooting or answer questions related to Word, Excel, e-mail, etc. Utilize available hardware and software, monitor status of entire network to ensure workstations, switches, modems, servers, phone system, and phone lines are functioning properly. Receive calls pertaining to network problems and ensure the appropriate corrective action is taken. Track problems completely through resolution. Develop procedures for disaster recovery, systems security and backup, and network maintenance and administration as required, including the ROI system.
