Who We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for behaviour therapists and ABA therapists who want to make a real impact. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Has experience working with students diagnosed with autism.Is energetic and enthusiastic—because kids need that energy to thrive!Is committed to providing top-notch customer service for both students and their families.Has excellent communication skills.Is ready to work with our team to help kids grow academically and socially.

Not a Good Fit For You If:

You’re not a fan of working independently (you’ll be managing your own schedule and client relationships).You don’t want to build personal connections with families and students.You don’t have experience working with children diagnosed with autism or you’re not eager to learn.

The Job Details:

Provide both behavioral and academic support to children diagnosed with autism.Assist with communication, safety, social skills, and daily living.Be a key part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive support.Work closely with parents and guardians to track progress and make a lasting impact.

Location:
Mississauga, Ontario (Travel to student homes required)

Schedule:

1:00-4:00 p.m. twice per weekAfter school hours and weekends as well
