Team Profile
CoE S/4HANA Migration team helps SAP customers in managing their maintenance events, such as transition to S/4HANA via system conversion, move to Hyperscaler, HANA migration, system release upgrade, and so on. We support and advise our customers globally with SAP Best Practice to meet their business and IT requirements. Strategically more important, we help SAP customers move to S/4HANA to pave the way into the digital business world.
Responsibilities
Understand and analyze the technical requirement for SAP system maintenance events. Planning for SAP maintenance projects like S/4HANA system conversion, move to Hyperscaler, HANA migration, release upgrade, etc. Execution of SAP maintenance projects as technical lead or technical consultant. Execution of SAP maintenance projects with downtime minimization technology like doC (downtime-optimized conversion), ZDO (Zero Downtime Option), NZDT (Near-Zero Downtime Technology), etc. Support customer-led or partner-led projects with planning, empowering or safeguarding services. Support APJ and global customers (US, EMEA, LA, etc.).
Qualifications
Good understanding and experience with SAP general Basis for system administration. Good understanding and experience with Operation Systems (Linux, AIX, etc.) and Databases (HANA, Oracle, DB2, etc.). Experience with SAP Software Logistics tools is a plus, like SUM, DMO, SWPM, etc. Experience with Hyperscaler is a plus, like AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali Cloud, etc. Experience in SAP projects as technical lead is a plus. Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills. Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers. A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment. Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines. Enjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.
Language
Be able to communicate in English. Japanese or Korean is a plus
Education
Bachelor degree or above in major of Computer science, Software engineering, or relevant discipline.
Professional Training & Certification
Any SAP related certification like S4HCON, HANATEC, TADM, TADM70 is a plus. Any Hyperscaler certification like AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali Cloud is a plus. PMP certification and /or other industry and project management certification is a plus.
