**What’s the role about?** + Lead and contribute to all phases of S/4HANA transformation projects, including: + Interface development between SAP HCM and other systems. + Adaptation and enhancement of existing custom ABAP code to align with S/4HANA. + Comprehensive data migration strategies and execution. + Development of Fiori applications (desirable). + Integration with PI/PO and/or BTP (desirable). + Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable ABAP code adhering to best practices and security guidelines. + Collaborate closely with functional teams (including German-speaking HCM specialists) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ABAP development within the HCM module. + Mentor junior developers and share expertise within the team. + Contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices within an agile environment. **Who are we looking for?** + **Several years of experience in ABAP development.** + **German language skills (essential).** + **Extensive experience in SAP HCM development.** + Proven track record of successfully implementing S/4HANA transformation projects. + Deep understanding of ABAP programming concepts, including object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP). + Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. + Experience with interface development, custom code adaptations, and data migration within SAP HCM. + Experience with Fiori development (desirable). + Experience with integrations using PI/PO and/or BTP (desirable). + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience working in an agile development environment. **Nice to have** – while not mandatory, these additional skills will make you stand out: + Relevant SAP certifications. + Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) Fixed-term contract **Ready to start your journey?** Click “apply” and take the first step toward a career that’s as inspiring as it is rewarding. 🚀 **Requisition ID** : 28394
