Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking highly motivated and innovative Sales professionals who are eager to join ABB now or in the future. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: OnsiteThis role is contributing to the various Business Areas and Divisions of ABB across multiple locations in IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the role\tDiploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Instrumentation or related disciplines).\t2-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles from any of these below skills. \tExperience in 1.\tLV (MCC, PCC, Panels) and MV Switchgears (GIS, AIS) 2.\tHT or high voltage rotating machines/motors, 3.\tVariable Frequency Drives (Low/Medium Voltage VFDs), 4.\tMotors and Generators (LT and HT) 5.\tDrives, High Power Drive Modules 6.\tPanel builder, retail sales, 7.\tDCS, PLC, Scada, Analyzer, Excitation, Field Instrumentation \tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers along with identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.\tExcellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\tWillingness to travel or relocate as per project requirement.Our Hiring Process: As this is a talent pool, your application will be reviewed and if your experience aligns with the role specification and a suitable vacancy arises, you will be contacted by a member of the recruiting team who will explain more about the vacancy and the hiring process.
