Manages the design, implementation, and administration of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Absence and Time Away programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent.Experience

Lead the design and strategic vision of Time Away programs, including paid time off, disability, and leaves of absence.Responsible for the administration of Time Away programs via Workday, ensuring accuracy and coordinating to quick resolution when an issue is identified.Analyze and monitor program costs, utilization trends, and effectiveness. Recommend and implement changes to optimize quality, with a focus on employee satisfaction.Partner with the Human Resources Service Center to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience when employees engage with our benefits and policies.Serve as the escalation point for complex matters related to time away benefits.Develop strong internal relationships within HR, Legal, Finance/Payroll, and other teams to deliver a top-notice employee experience.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing employee benefits plans, including annual audits, IRS regulations, required employee education, and updates to plan documents.Oversee daily team activities to meet productivity and service standards, continuously identifying areas for process improvement to enhance overall service delivery.Facilitate in-person and virtual training and information sessions for benefits, including new employee orientation, departmental meetings, Open Enrollment information sessions, and others as needed.Manage vendor and third-party administrator relationships to ensure accuracy, quality, and utmost customer service and value for employees.Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic covered by applicable law.
