Position Summary/Objective

We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Systems Analyst – someone that is passionate about interacting with customers and helping to deliver implementation projects in support of our new and existing customers. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to launch AbsenceSoft for new and existing customers.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

Subject matter expert with the AbsenceSoft software, configuration, and capabilitiesWork closely with the project team and other cross functional team members to deliver on implementation projects for both new and existing client initiativesAbsenceSoft software administration, including:System configuration  Data and system integrations Data loads, correction and testingUnit and user acceptance testing and remediation sessions Go-live and post go-live activities System maintenance, policy and communications updatesManaging user access and security roles

Qualifications and Experience

2-3 years work experience as a business or systems analyst or in a technology business with hands on experience with a SaaS system, AbsenceSoft or Workday Absence preferredHands on experience with the following: Saas platform configuration experienceData mapping experience System integration experience  Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a virtual environmentStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to ‘roll-up your sleeves’ to help get the job doneUndergraduate degree

Strong understanding of HR or Leave processes and best practices Proficiency in HRIS softwareTechnical skills in database management and system configuration Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users across different levels Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
