Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCalibration of Absolute Accuracy in production facilities, including testing and configuration of industrial robots.•\tModifying and optimizing RAPID programs, ensuring accurate programming and functionality.•\tDiagnosing and resolving technical issues in industrial robots and control systems.•\tPerforming maintenance and refurbishments, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of robotic control systems.•\tPreparing and specifying electrical kits and key components for orders, ensuring correct components are used per manuals.•\tConducting quality checks, functional tests, and ensuring compliance with technical documentation.•\tMaintaining workplace and equipment in proper technical condition, adhering to 5S and safety standards.•\tDocumenting work processes, adhering to internal procedures, and reporting issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications for the role

\tHigh school diploma in a technical field – electrical education\tCertification 194/2022 - section 6 \tEnglish and Czech proficiency at B2 level\tTechnical thinking and manual dexterity\tAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation\tProficiency in computer skills
