AC Buenos Aires BSVs Delivery Lead
PwC is expanding its Global Business Services capabilities in our Acceleration Centers (ACs).. This Director level role will be responsible for supporting the development, expansion and overall management of PwC’s Non-US Business Services Delivery teams in AC Buenos Aires that work with PwC’s enabling functions across the broader PwC global network.

As a Director, you'll support our Business Services teams based in our Acceleration Center Buenos Aires. You’ll support a team of problem solvers and relationship managers charged with building and managing our Non-US Business Services practice in Buenos Aires from strategy through transformation to execution.
PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this leadership role include but are not limited to:
Support the strategy, growth, operational maturity, transformation, and development of Business Services across the Buenos Aires ACs in alignment with Business Services AC Leadership
Provide overall support including delivery of quality work and daily operations of the Buenos Aires Business Services AC organization in coordination with US Business Services AC Leadership, Non-US Business Services Leaders and Leaders across other ACs
Build and manage relationships with the US Leaders & Teams, non-US Leaders, and Global Business Services leaders across PwC territories.
Identify marketplace trends, understand the challenges of partners, know the competitive landscape, and be able to conceptualize and articulate solutions for Business Services and functions.
Set the “tone at the top” to drive our PwC culture and values, including DEI, to foster an environment that provides a differentiated and compelling people experience.
Support the alignment process between the US, non-US and Global Business Services leaders and their teams in our Buenos Aires ACs to define and implement strategic planning and KPIs reporting related to:
Value creation and team performance

Communications - to Market, Community and PwC Territory and Functional Leaders
Risk & Compliance
Service Delivery & Performance Management
Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help team members realize their potential and support their long-term career goals.
Identify opportunities to generate scale, standardization, process efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple global territories, functional teams, projects and environments.
Develop and implement strategies to creatively transform, improve and evolve ways of working internally and with the Non-US Business Services functions / business units.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of directly related experience
English fluency - both oral and written - required.
Demonstrated success building and leading diverse teams in a global Shared Services environment. Demonstrated ability to migrate service relationships from an outsourced to insourced model. Demonstrated ability to transition and transform services and relationships. Experience leveraging global talent to diversify PwC’s talent ecosystem and support the needs of the business.

Demonstrated history of successfully soliciting information from clients to effectively qualify and scope opportunities; play an active role in discussing and developing solutions with client teams and clients.
