Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts, identifying and addressing client needs by:
Working with business, information and technology teams to understand problem/opportunity areas and shape the solution leveraging Insurance Sector Cloud;
Work with system designers and implementers to incorporate Insurance Sector Cloud platform architecture into project-specific solution maps emphasizing reuse and integration opportunities;
Review and monitor projects for compliance with the firm strategy and yearly goals on leveraging sector cloud components;
Communicate the solution approach and roadmap to the senior management and development teams to close the gaps in leveraging sector cloud components;
Taking point on demonstrating Insurance Sector Cloud and its value proposition in collaboration with the SMEs to clients as part of the sales cycle;
Assisting with the vendor evaluation of products and technologies that help enhance/automate the end-to-end business process within the insurance value chain;
Supporting in creation of proposal (RFI/RFP) responses and other pursuit collateral; (pulling in staff from various competencies to support);
Conducting technical research to identify and introduce any new technical components into the Insurance Sector Cloud environment that address the required technical capabilities;
Fostering development of business solutions to accommodate strategic business opportunities and tie back to the firm strategy and goals from Insurance Sector Cloud perspective;
Coaching, mentoring and supporting project teams in implementing reference architectures and standards leveraging Insurance Sector Cloud components within the constraints of client environment and technical stack;
Working with Insurance Sector Cloud development team to proactively offer ideas to enhance or expand its capabilities and inform strategy and roadmap; and,
Maintaining awareness of Insurance Sector Cloud vendors; help in identifying new distribution and partnership opportunities.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as a build practitioner directing efforts including:
Identifying potential account revenue/sell-with opportunities;
Providing oversight and directing the sales team in targeted direction of the business strategy for relevant opportunities;
Recommending, directing, and driving Guidewire sales and marketing campaigns that differentiate PwC to drive revenue and confirm activities are executing successfully;
Meeting regularly to attest marketing and sales campaigns as valuable and effective;
Communicating progress, issues, and expectations and taking corrective actions whenever necessary;
Supervising teams, seeking diverse views, and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
Owning the relationship maps and drive and monitor cadence meetings;
Driving execution of all compliance activities associated with the relationship;
Managing all reporting requirements;
Securing appropriate contracts;
Managing and operating large-scale programs, nationally and/or internationally;
Utilizing technical delivery experience and/or extensive knowledge of Guidewire technologies, product offerings, licensing and support programs, with the ability to articulate business benefits of such products;
Developing of a business vision and manage Guidewire related implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities;
Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
Communicating value propositions;
Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and,
Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials with an attention to business writing and grammar.
