AssociateJob Description & Summary
The Human Capital (HC) Operations Associate will be responsible for onboarding, HC systems management, employee data management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic understanding how HC systems operates and participate in future enhancements supporting employees across the firm aligned with the Firm’s strategic priorities
Leverage on data and analysis aggregating various data points/sets to determine root cause or to design processes that benefit multiple stakeholders/multiple systems cohesively;
Specialize in various HC Workday Human Capital Management module functionality, including understanding of possibilities and limitations within the technology including prior experience monitoring or designing integrations between Workday and other vendor SaaS systems;
Actively participate in the implementation of new HC technology processes and systems, while also maintaining/enhancing existing systems to provide a cohesive end user experience;
Understanding business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements, and innovative thinking in the creation of solutions;
Make use of project management tools and methodologies as well as auditing skills to test completeness or find errors;
Posses self-motivation and contributing individually as well as part of the HC and shared services leadership team; and,
Share and collaborate within our teams, keeping peers & leadership well informed of issues & progress, as well as escalating problems to leadership as appropriate.
Essential Requirements:
The position is open for fresh graduates.
Having experience in the role of HR systems is an advantage
Knowledgeable in onboarding processes
Records management experience
Strong working knowledge and experience working with multiple human resource discipline, preferably in an organization within the same industry
Confidence working with senior leaders; ability to provide insights on the ground to gain alignment on strategic priorities, yet able to challenge whilst maintaining a strong and constructive relationship.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to audiences at various levels of the organization
Excellence in the role of coaching, ability to influence and develop partnerships both internally and externally
Strong organizational and analytical skills, proficient in using data as a basis to drive discussions, propose change and decision-making
Knowledge of HR systems and databases particularly Workday
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Background in using HR Systems is an advantage (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow)
Good understanding of firm's services and the professional practice at local and global context;
Strong numeracy, analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts;
Good time management skills including the proven ability to independently prioritize work and multitask;
Flexible in working and able to tolerate uncertainty;
Strong team player with a collaborative approach;
Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels and with diverse cultures;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
Highly self-motivated and able to drive results while working in a virtual team environment;
