On a day-to-day basis you will be:

 

Operational

Conducting cyber security assessments, including security maturity, security risk assessments, compliance gap analysis, security strategy to understand the overall security posture of a system/s, environment/s and or specific assets

Development of supporting artefacts that support ongoing systems accreditation activities

Reporting and presenting to both technical and business stakeholders

People

Work effectively with Partners, Directors and Managers to provide business support, maintain communication and update on engagement progress.

 

Experience:

 1-2 years proven experience in the same or a similar role  

A genuine ability to engage and influence clients; building and maintaining strong relationships is crucial in this role

Team player with a positive “can do” attitude to challenges

Proactive approach to upskilling (performing research and self education)

Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with   

Minimum skills required: 

Some experience in the review, development and or implementation of security standards and frameworks (ISO/IEC27001, ISO 27017, NIST CSF, PCI DSS).  

Business skills: 

Critical thinking and analytical skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Stakeholder management
