Job Description & Summary

The Marketing & Communications Manager role will combine elements of advertising, marketing, events organization, and internal communications.  It will provide service to the Business Services-Support (Corporate Services) Cluster.    

This individual will develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that will promote the Centre and its services. The role will focus on brand awareness, especially in the digital space, and driving traffic and acquiring leads for recruiting.  It is also the responsibility of the Marketing & Communications Manager to create content write-up and work together with the Document Design Centre members for overall layout of communication materials.   

  

Additionally, the Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for creating written and multimedia content such as articles, photos and videos of company-wide activities and events.  The role will also assist in designing client presentations.  

  

This person will also work closely with the Core Leadership Team to ensure all change and communication plans are aligned to the overall strategy, initiatives are connected to other Network initiatives as needed and engagement activities are relevant to their stakeholders, taking into account local culture and ways of working as needed. 

  

Ideally this individual will be experienced in delivering change projects, a skilled communicator and able to articulate how and the benefits to different stakeholders. This role should also be able to grasp and convey employee, leadership and business perspectives, and understand and explain visions, goals and new ways of working in an inspiring and informative manner. 

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to AC Manila social media content strategy  

Define, manage & drive the strategy to grow market reach on social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other emerging channels with a tailored approach for medium  

Conduct relevant analyses and user research on social platforms, strategy and roadmaps. 

Determine, monitor, and report on all social channel KPIs. Apply any data-driven insights to optimize each channel strategy accordingly. 

Manage the annual marketing budget and maximize return on spending. 

Ensure all content adheres to the corporate brand guidelines. 

Manage centre-wide change initiatives 

Drive alignment of acceleration-centre wide strategic initiatives within the Line of Service 

Identify opportunities to facilitate adoption of new ways of working 

Support leadership alignment efforts within the Network  

Drive effective internal initiative specific change communication 

Act as a two-way communication channel for employees, and share feedback with relevant stakeholders 

Collaborate with other Centre leads to share successes, best practices and lessons learned 

Identify challenges in the various stakeholder groups and support in solving those challenges 

Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, PowerPoint presentations and interactive media. 

Assist in the development and execution of multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. 

Edit and enhance video and audio content using industry-standard software. 

Create compelling motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns and social media channels. 

Support the design team in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all multimedia content. 

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team. 

Manage multiple multimedia projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. 

Work Experience:

At least (5) years working experience in the related field is required for this position 

With at least (2) two years of team management experience as a supervisor or Manager 

Specific Technical Skills: 

Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies across corporate, marketing, and internal channels to effectively engage diverse audiences and stakeholders. 

Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute complex marketing and communications campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery. 

Advanced proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive brand awareness and engagement. Capable of crafting platform-specific strategies and content to maximize reach and impact. 

Skilled in utilizing email marketing platforms 

Strong command of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to effectively create reports, presentations, and communications materials that support strategic initiatives.
