Job Description & Summary

The Multimedia Designer Associate will contribute to the preparation and design of multimedia collaterals for the purpose of strengthening the PwC Acceleration Center Manila branding, in line with the global PwC brand. 

This role will allow you to apply and expand your creativity in the area of visual communications. You would also get the opportunity to collaborate with teams across different lines of services and functions, as the need for compelling multimedia content spans across the lines of services of the Center. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, PowerPoint presentations and interactive media. 

Assist in the development and execution of multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. 

Edit and enhance video and audio content using industry-standard software. 

Create compelling motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns and social media channels. 

Support the design team in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all multimedia content. 

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team. 

Manage multiple multimedia projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. 

Essential Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in multimedia design or a similar role 

Must possess a strong working knowledge of the following applications:  

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field. 

1-2 years of experience in multimedia design or a similar role. 

Proficiency in multimedia design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.  

Possesses expertise in designing professional documents/presentations using Microsoft Apps like PowerPoint and Word.  

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of multimedia design work, including video, animation, and graphic design.  

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.  

Strong communication and collaboration skills.  

Ability to adapt to feedback and work effectively within a team environment.  

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Experience with designing in PowerPoint Presentation. 

Familiarity with Shoot and Video pre-production.  

Experience with event coverage/photo shoots is a plus
