Job Description & Summary

The Quality and Process Excellence Senior Associate is an individual contributor of the team who handles process documentation, quality management systems, process optimization and project management.   

This position’s critical role ensures that all the process narratives, controls and risks must be updated, maintained and aligned across the acceleration centers. The position will assist the team in process documentation, process analysis, managing quality initiatives within the organization. He or she will handle multiple projects and programs and collaborate with diverse teams from different facets within the firm.   

The position will get to expose different facets of the operations in the firm and other acceleration centers.  He or she will get to work with cross-functional teams (i.e. supervisors, managers and directors) within the firm.  He or she will have the opportunity to design, optimize and improve processes using the discipline of lean six sigma methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the documentation requirements such as process narratives, process maps, standards and work instructions, in the firm are properly updated, maintained and aligned with the headquarter. 

Facilitate the reviews of the process narratives, controls, risk and response 

Plan, execute, monitor and manage multiple projects and programs related to process documentation, business optimization, and quality management system. 

Facilitates meetings with diverse teams related to quality and process excellence across the firm 

Conducts process excellence initiatives, trainings and programs aligned with lean six sigma methodologies and quality management system (i.e., ISO 9001:2015) requirements. 

Facilitate the timely reviews of the documents, such as process maps, narratives, standards, and work instructions with the senior management team within the firm.  

Essential Requirements:

Continuous improvement and analytics experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis

Senior Associate – minimum of 3 years of experience in risk assessment (risks and controls) in an accounting firm or other financial services 

With solid experience in Process documentation, project management, process excellence, quality management system (i.e., ISO 9001:2015 standard) 

Work experience in risk assessment (risks and controls) in an accounting firm or other financial services is an advantage 

Knowledgeable in quantifying and prioritizing process improvement and/ or automation opportunities. 

Strong project management skills - ability to scope, plan, execute and track projects with autonomy 

Exceptional oral and written communication skills 

Highly organized 

Knowledgeable in using various Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. 

Certification/s:

Certified Yellow or Green Lean Six Sigma for the accredited certifying body, such as ASQ, IASSC and CSSC, are advantageous but not required
