Job Description & Summary

Business Services Senior Associate
With the proposed expansion of the QA for BSv and the business of the Business Service delivery team, an additional senior associate is important to actively support the needed requirements to ensure effective implementation of QA BSv processes and initiatives.  

Tax Senior Associate
Similar to the BSv, Tax will need additional support for QA tax initiatives and activities that will ensure complying with the One AC quality standards in tax service delivery. With the addition of CIT, additional QA resource will ensure sufficient focus is given to implement quality activities and initiatives and assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects. 

Consulting Services Senior Associate
As Consulting Service is a new line of service, a Senior Associate will ensure support is given to the QA and delivery team in the implementation of the quality activities and processes at the onset, thus, reducing the risk of non-consistent delivery, potential issues, and project errors, if any. As Senior Associate, the role is also expected to support the development and implementation of QA processes and quality improvement initiatives for Consulting Services. 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct R&Q review of work requests on a sampling basis and document adverse feedback received from Engagement Teams

Identify process improvements based on trends from previous R&Q reviews

Discuss issues found with the R&Q Leader  on a regular to relay details to the respective departments of clients

Maintain and monitor databases for findings and samples gathered

Be able to ensure monthly reports or schedule reports are provided on time

Acts as a reviewer of all data gathered for reporting 

Present reports or findings to the R&Q leaders or even stakeholders in the absence of line managers

Assist on providing / preparing data for R&Q reports

Support leadership teams to develop and expand continuous monitoring processes to assess compliance with other regulatory standards and requirements.

Essential Requirements:

At least 3 years’ or more experience in both external and internal auditing 

Must have a good understanding of audit concepts and regulatory requirements   

Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development Commit to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes   

With solid background in external audit  

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

Proficiency in using digital tools (i.e. Alteryx, MS Power platforms, etc.) is a plus 

Certification/s: 

Assurance 

Professional accounting certification such as CPA is required for Assurance.  

Non-Assurance  

Open for non-CPA candidates
