The Reviewer Quality Review (RQR) Program Senior Manager is expected to lead the RQR program and possess the technical audit acumen required to support the program and meet necessary targets. Additionally, the manager should have strong business acumen and contribute to strategic planning and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the RQR Program to ensure its alignment with strategic objectives, targets, and directions across a global network.
Develop a program roadmap and initiatives that outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Actively participate in key stakeholder meetings to discuss the program's status, identify opportunities for enhancement, analyze themes and trends from the RQR reviews, and devise necessary action plans.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, issues, and solutions.
Lead and mentor the team, facilitating professional development opportunities to achieve RQR program goals.
Ensure all RQR program documentation, including plans and reports, is accurate and up to date.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and integrate digital solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement contingency plans for the RQR Program to manage unforeseen challenges effectively.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the centre related to the program.
Perform other RQR and quality assurance-related tasks as needed.
Essential Requirements:
At least 7 years’ or more experience in both external and internal auditing.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development Commit to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes
Have the ability to work in fast paced and diverse working environment.
Advanced communication skills
Proficient and confident in English reading, writing and oral communication skills
Leading teams, committed to providing high quality, applying new experiences, learning new skills, providing direction to Seniors and Staff, and taking feedback from superiors, and maintaining timelines
Advanced coaching and mentoring skills
Certifications:
Professional accounting certification such as CPA is required.
CIA or other certification would be an advantage
