Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you, you help clients enhance the benefits of their SAP resources by providing thorough consulting, system integration, and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products, and technologies. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for achieving project success and maintaining exemplary standards while leveraging your knowledge of SAP Transportation Management, Hybris Billing, and S/4HANA functionalities to deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage teams to deliver SAP consulting services

- Oversee client accounts, providing exceptional service and satisfaction

- Utilize proficiency in SAP Transportation Management, Hybris Billing, and S/4HANA to enhance client solutions

- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering their professional growth

- Drive strategic planning initiatives to achieve project success

- Maintain adherence to project timelines and quality standards

- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance SAP utilization

- Embrace and promote innovative technologies and methodologies

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 7 to 11 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Experience in leading small to moderate size teams

- Experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM), Hybris Billing (BRIM), C4C - Sales/Service/Marketing, Hybris Commerce

- Experience in Activate Methodology

- Experience in JIRA, HP ALM and other PMO tools

Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM, 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
