Job Summary
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you help clients enhance the benefits of their SAP resources by providing thorough consulting, system integration, and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products, and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exemplary standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are responsible for leveraging your knowledge in SAP Transportation Management, Hybris Billing, and other SAP functionalities to deliver top-quality solutions and guide junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional SAP solutions by leveraging proficiency in SAP Transportation Management and Hybris Billing
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships to understand their business needs
- Analyze complex business problems to develop practical solutions
- Utilize SAP functionalities to refine client operations and processes
- Maintain adherence to professional and technical standards in deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP applications
- Continuously develop a deeper understanding of the business context and industry trends
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Team lead experience
- Experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM), Hybris Billing (BRIM), C4C - Sales/Service/Marketing, Hybris Commerce
- Experience in Activate Methodology
- Experience in JIRA, HP ALM and other PMO tools
What Sets You Apart
- Certification in S/4HANA
- Knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities
- Handling requirement gathering and design
- Analyzing business requirements
- Integration experience with LE, EWM, PP, PS, HCM, MM & FICO
- Ability to read ABAP codes preferred
Additional Qualification
Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM, 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
