Position/Role Summary  

  

A career in our SAP Technology practice, within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. 

 

In joining our technology team, you’ll work with our clients to transform their organization's architecture and technical landscape by leveraging SAP and leading cloud technologies to support core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

As an Experience Associate, SAP Source to Pay practice, within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. 
 
In our Source to Pay team, you'll work with our clients to transform their procurement and sourcing function and processes by leveraging SAP applications to enhance their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy. 

 

This role will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Minimum one end-end implementation experience.  

Demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with SAP Development for the following capabilities:  

 

SAP Material Management: 

hands on experience in Material Management. Integration with WM / QM / PP / SD modules and with external applications. 

Ability to configure SAP MM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. 

Must have one SAP Implementation experience. 

Should have support experience. 

Good to have work experience on change management process. 

 

SAP Ariba 

Hands on experience in configuring in any 2 of the below Ariba modules: 

Buying & Invoicing 

Contracts Management 

Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management 

Supply Chain Collaboration 

Sourcing 

 

SAP Opentext:  

Should have extensive experience with Open Text VIM including ability to configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, VIM DOC registration from external system, enhance indexing screen, enhance approval class, Processing the (PO & Non-PO) invoices through EDI IDOC interfaces and error handling when required for IDOC invoices into VIM, scanning of incoming invoices (PO & Non-PO based) using OCR, validations and posting the invoices either with approval process or directly. 

Configure chart of authority (COA), configure process options. 

Experience and configuration knowledge in Invoice Capture Center, OCR, Open Text Archive Server, and SAP AP, AR, GL. 

Experience with Invoice Capture Center ICC Expert in configuring SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and ICC with Invoice Verification process knowledge. 

Knowledge & experience of SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) workflow and workflow administration tools. 

Perform VIM configuration, testing and support activities. Capable of handling VIM configuration including workflow configuration.  

Expert knowledge of VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) implementation best practices and configuration 

Expert knowledge of SAP Logistics Invoice Verification and Accounts Payable modules 

Experience in working WRICEF design documentation. 

Troubleshoot VIM issues and Provide solutions to end customers. 

Custom coding and modification of VIM Invoice Management Workflow for PTP 

In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation: Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT, User Manual Preparation, User Support activities, 

Demonstrate a thorough level of ability to utilize effectively written, verbal, and presentation business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving development efforts with clients; 

Demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with managing the reinvesting in SAP Tech Practice development efforts by building eminence around SAP Solutions and Offerings; 

Demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success to reinvest developing solutions and offering with SAP competency; 

Additional Qualification:

Flexible to support different US time zones to provide effective overlap preferably on second shift (3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)

Amenable to wok in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
