The Recruitment Administration Senior Associate will be responsible for administrative tasks related to recruitment such as creating job requisitions, scheduling intake sessions, arranging candidate interviews, administering pre-employment Assessments, and providing recruitment admin-related reports when necessary.
This person will get the opportunity to contribute in shaping candidate experience, ensuring applicants are endorsed on time for assessments and interviews. You will be working together with professionals across the Firm in order to meet both the organisation and your personal goals.
Beyond standard BAU, the role also involves supporting internal initiatives that will leverage on your strengths. This includes developing creative and efficient ways to support the Firm, as well as expanding your network within PwC.
Key Responsibilities:
Creates job requisitions and posts them across internal and external platforms
Schedules intake discussions between hiring managers and recruiters
Coordinates interstage candidate interviews with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
Acts as a point of contact for online assessments/examinations
Maintains accuracy and completeness of the recruitment database
Ensure that reports and databases of the teams are updated on a real time basis
Provide operational support to Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Essential Requirements:
At least 4 years of relevant experience in the role of Recruitment
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Process-oriented
Exhibits high attention to detail
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases (preferably Workday and Phenom)
Prior experience in administering online assessments to candidates
Prior experience in interstage interview coordination and scheduling
Working knowledge of data analysis & manipulation tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, PowerBI, or Alteryx
Prior exposure or participation in recruitment-related process improvement initiatives and/or special projects
Prior experience in volume recruitment
