Job Description & Summary

As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

This role will support the Talent Development - Digital & Technology function with Planning, Organizing and Reporting work related to Digital and Technology.

Beyond project work, the role also involves supporting internal initiatives that will leverage on your strengths. This includes developing creative and efficient ways to support our employees in the Digital & Technology environment, as well as expanding your network within PwC. 

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively assist the team across the Digital & Technology spectrum. 

Contribute to the annual planning and development of Digital & Technology Projects.  

Contribute to the development of reporting models for Talent Academy (TA). 

Assess digital transformation opportunities - across strategy and business case, planning, execution, and scaling; ability and passion to present digital concepts to senior business stakeholders 

Essential Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in Training Facilitation or Public Speaking 

Strong communication skills in English (day to-day work would be in English) 

Excellent knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets 

Process-oriented 

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Able to use data prep / blending and analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx) 

Able to use data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense) 

Applicable experience in teaching or in the development and roll-out of training modules 

Other Capabilities:

Ability to understand complex business scenarios and offer effective solutions 

Be able to demonstrate resilience and manage conflicts positively 

Strong attention to detail 

Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
