ManagerJob Description & Summary
The Technical Training Manager will be required to understand the suite of services offered by our Delivery Teams (Assurance and Non-General Assurance, Specialised Services and Alternative Delivery Model (“ADM”) Team). Aside from being the main point of contact to the various LOS, the Technical Training Manager will also focus on facilitating certain technical training, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and assisting and identifying training needs and execution of strategies and plans of each LOS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates selected technical training
Checks and monitors selected Non-US Assurance and US Assurance training completion and compliance
Identify and schedule remedial sessions for each training
Monitors completion of pre-clearance requirements prior to release of training clearances
Prepare and design learning materials on selected technical training
Deliver high quality service through timely completion of assigned tasks
Performs other logistical, administrative and ad hoc task
Essential Requirements
At least 5 years as People Manager or Individual Contributor
Applicable experience in instructing, designing and roll out of training modules
Process oriented, with strong communication skills
Good project management including handling various administrative and ad hoc assignments
Ability to drive process improvement in relation to training process and programs
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Google tools & applications
CPA certification is a must
Preferred Experience / Skills
Technical knowledge in GAAP/IFRS and GAAS
Knowledge in various training tools
Other capabilities
Strong team leader with the ability to coach and develop people
Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented
Good project management skills (e.g. can handle various administrative and ad hoc tasks)
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
