As part of Business Services, Workplace Solutions provides administrative support to PwC employees. Driving new digital ways of working, Workplace Solutions help unlock new opportunities for the team members, organization and clients through competency enhancement, collaboration, automation, quality, innovation and integrated global delivery.

As a Senior Associate, he/she will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Essential Requirements:
With a minimum of 4 years related working experience
Digitally upskilled. Must possess a strong working knowledge of the following applications consistent with Firm’s standards:
MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Google Suite applications, particularly Slide and Doc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong Customer Service orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills:
In a matrix organization, this role will be accountable to the Acceleration Center (AC) Leadership team and the US Workplace Solutions leadership team and will partner closely with the Acceleration Center Solutions Team (ACST). This role will work closely with this team to execute defined operational priorities. This role will oversee a range of transition workstreams into the AC and then business-as-usual operations thereafter, which will require someone who can manage several US stakeholders and multiple AC Workplace Solutions sub functions. In addition, demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts including but not limited to:
Supporting the development and prioritization of reporting, budgeting and metrics;
Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate governance arrangements (as applicable);
Escalating risks and issues, business continuity and proactive management of any issues which may arise;
Collaborating with leaders to drive consistency across the network;
Fostering a high-performance culture and a continuous improvement mindset within Workplace
Possess proficiency in full range of Microsoft tools; and
Participate actively and regularly in leadership meetings
