With passion, leadership, knowledge and skills that add to partnership.A leader in the implementation of Manufacturing Excellence practices, risk controls and standards and quality management systems in his area of responsibility, particularly:Early Equipment Management for the integration of new assetsInventory control of spare parts warehouse (critical, slow movement and obsolete)Maintenance planning and budget controlOwns the improvement of the maintenance system in SAP (Maintenance plans and tasks)Responsible for CARM controlsEnsures the correct capitalization of assets based on the Diageo standardGenerates the main performance indicators of the maintenance systemLeads the implementation of the policy, standards and audits of fixed assets and spare parts warehouses.Coordinates the operation of spare parts warehouses.Key User in SAP PMDefines the scope and supervises the work done by third parties, ensuring that it is done respecting the agreed safety and quality guidelines.Implements and follows up on Safety and Hygiene guidelines.About the role:The leader will participate in the startup of the largest Distillery in the Tequila Industry until it becomes an operational site.This leader will be responsible for advising the maintenance team in the integration and successful reception of projects to the maintenance area, the management of maintenance planning, the reliable and efficient management of spare parts warehouses and the control of fixed assets, promoting Diageo's WoW, coordinating its work team and integrating teams from other areas for the successful implementation of practices and standards, which allows us to consistently improve our performance and produce with safety and quality.Qualifications and Experience Required:Minimum experience of 3 years as a Maintenance Supervisor in execution, planning, warehouses.Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.Language native Spanish and intermediate English level is needed.Personnel management and collaboration.MS Office Computing, MS Project, SAP PM Super User.Analytical and focused on problem solving.Crisis management, clear communication skills.Basic financial awareness, understanding of business drivers, budgeting processes.In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence, lean methodologies, process control, asset care practices, including reliability-focused maintenance.Proactive, responsible and committed.Diversity statement:Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of “celebrating life every day everywhere”.
