ACA Training Lead

Wipro also offers many opportunities for career advancement within our engaging and exciting culture. 100% remote (Note - if you reside in the Tampa area this position is hybrid 4110 George Road, Tampa, FL and work from home) Work Authorization - USC and Green Card only No relocation Position Summary: The ACA Training Lead for Operations will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs related to ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes. This role requires an in-depth understanding of ACA operational processes, including Pre-Audit, RCNI, RCNO, and error submissions. The Training Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively address the needs of the operations team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic training plan for ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes. Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources, that cover key areas such as Pre-Audit file preparation, RCNI/RCNO submissions, and error resolution. Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of ACA processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep training content current with the latest ACA regulations and guidelines. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and support within the operations team. Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. Develops ad-hoc training based on root cause analysis of escalations and/or operational changes that impact processing and disseminates to staff as appropriate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in ACA operations or a similar regulatory environment. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs. Strong understanding of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes, including Pre-Audit, RCNI, and RCNO submissions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams that can be regional and/or global. Proficiency in using training software and tools. Demonstrated process improvement skills
