Job Description:

 

Data Management: 
The Academic Programs Coordinator will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student data, program participation, and academic performance. Additionally, the Academic Programs Coordinator will collect, analyze, and report on data to support the Associate Dean and Assistant Director in making informed decisions about academic programming and curriculum.   The Academic Programs Coordinator will utilize data management systems and software to streamline processes and improve data accessibility with respect to academic performance and bar exam performance.  The Academic Programs Coordinator will be expected to transfer raw student data to charts, graphs and other modalities that are easy for audiences to interpret.

Student Support:  The Academic Programs Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for students, providing guidance on academic requirements and resources. The Academic Programs Coordinator will assist the Associate Dean and Associate Director in addressing student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. The Academic Programs Coordinator will also facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administration to ensure a cohesive academic experience.

Marketing and Communications:  The Academic Programs Coordinator will be responsible for creating and sending communications to students and faculty regarding events, programs and deadlines.

Event and Workshop Support and Other Duties as Assigned:
The Academic Programs Coordinator will support the Academic Success Team by coordinating events, workshops and programming related to academic and bar success. Coordinate academic success initiatives, workshops, and events aimed at supporting student achievement and well-being.  The Academic Programs Coordinator will contribute ideas to enhance program offerings and student support services.  The Academic Programs Coordinator will also arrange travel for the Associate Dean and Associate Director of The College of Law is growing and changing daily.  All College of Law community members are expected to perform other duties as assigned in furtherance of our community goals.

 

    Minimum Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with students and faculty.   

Customer service skills.


Experience with Canva, Canvas, Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs.


Excellent verbal and written skills.  

Knowledge of or experience with law schools.
